Our range of disintegration testers
The ZT 220 disintegration testers are available with 1, 2, 3 or 4 simultaneously driven basket rack assemblies. The units come with a quality integrated flow-through heating system. Ideal for simple, low to normal work loads.
The ZT 320 disintegration testers have the added flexibility of the test-stations (one to four) being driven individually. Each test test-station is controlled by its own keypad to guarantee ease of use. This is ideal for staggered testing purposes.
The ZT 720 disintegration testers are the latest, state-of-the-art disintegration machines. The unit automatically determines the disintegration time of each sample by use of a unique system of magnets and sensors. It also tests whether or not a sample completely disintegrates. The ZT 720 is available with 1 (ZT 721) or 2 (ZT 722) individually driven test stations, equipped with an integrated flow through heater and a built in computer capable of storing results and product details, with import and export facilities.
