Dissolution Performance Verification Testing
Total Laboratory Services Ltd is fully qualified to perform dissolution performance verification testing (PVT) on any dissolution bath. We can use our own UV Spectrophotometer, media degasser and supply our own USP certified references tablets enabling us to carry out the performance verification testing totally independently of third parties. Our experienced engineers will attend your site, prepare the dissolution baths, test media and samples, and then carry out the performance verification test according to USP standards. We then produce a USP certified results certificate and our own documentation as proof of a successful dissolution performance verification test. Any issues are reported to the customer and wherever possible, rectified on the day.
We have over 20 years experience conducting dissolution performance verification tests and many customers utilise our services to maintain their USP and FDA accredited status. We can perform PVT on one dissolution bath or an entire lab full of them. We can also combine performance verification testing with operational qualification and maintenance visits as well to save you losing extra downtime.
